To be eligible for any return or exchange, an Uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.

Please Note: If an unboxing video is not provided, No return or exchange request will be accepted. under any circumstances.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted Only in the following cases:

* You receive a damaged or broken product.

* You receive the wrong product.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind.

* Personal preferences or dislike of the product.
